Instructions: We will automatically activate your personal Patient Portal after your next visit. (If you’ve been to our office since October 2014, you should already have an active Portal) You will then receive an e-mail instructing you to go to this site https://mytotalvision.eyeclinic.net to verify your account. (If you do not receive an e-mail, check your junk e-mail folder)
Enter the log-in information and verify your account. Then go to the “My Profile” tab and choose a new user name and password, and complete the information requested.
Now you’re all set to securely communicate with our office to request medication renewals, inform us of insurance changes, etc.! To securely access your own patient portal, click on the “Your Patient Portal button on our website”
